Merentas Desa ~ Epic Fail

Well....
Today was Merentas Desa.....
I woke up at 5:16....
My dad was going to fetch me to Shan's house and his mum to send us there...
Well the journey was okay....
Eugene called Shan half way through but I wasn't listening.....
We soon made it to Youth park....
When Shan opened the door it almost hit a motorcycle....
Lucky guy....
I said mornin' to the headmaster and went off to join my classmates.....
The first one I noticed was Tze Chien wearing her ridiculous pink cap...
Followed Shan towards the huge crowd of people....
I spotted Andy and went to join my classmates.....
Prez brought his "Shiny Honey" there and people were gathering around it....
Not to be outdone, I took out the 5x5 and started solving.....chortle
Jie Ying was going to Ying Hui's house so it meant that I was not going to be able to attend karate.....
People were soon moving towards the big banner in the middle of the field....
Then I saw people start to run....
Ah well....
My body didnt feel like running.....
I strolled around with Shan and Eugene to the carpark...
I waited with them for awhile....
Gave the idea of just staying there for half an hour and going back to the meeting place but I was ignored.....
The girls were surprisingly starting later than us....
When about all of the girls went by, I spotted Wey Lyn and Soon Ean...
Knowing that I would gain absolutely nothing by accompanying Eugene and the lot I went with them.....
I could keep up with them for about 2/3 of the time.....
I started to lose stamina after half an hour....
I resigned myself to the usual short bursts that I am more comfortable with....
Accompanied the rest of the way by Kai Qiang or Yun Yee, I guess it was okay.....
My loose shoes didnt do me any favours....
As I was about to go round the bend where there is a fork in the road,
One goes to Youth Park, the other some housing estates....
Ke Yun was surprisingly there!
Well, she was the only one in the whole morning that encouraged me.....
Wouldn't it be great if everybody in the world was like Ke Yun?
Ah well.....
I was soon able to see the car park...
This was the usual time for me to finish my nitrus....
And so I sped down, careful not to stumble....
I suddenly spotted the Form 2 fella that came behind me last year.....
What are the odds...
And so I continued running until I was exhausted and coolly walked across the finish line....
My other classmates had already reached there a few minutes ago....
This was depressing to me....
I was the first in my class last year.....
This really hurt me.....
And its all thanks to my lovely friends Eugene and Shan....
Aren't they precious?
Ah well....
I'm not blaming them...
Its my own fault....
So...
I have resolved not to go easy on my classmates next time....
Aargh my legs hurt....

One Hateful Day of the Week....

Slept at like 1:30 because of Sejarah Folio again....
Woke up at 4:55...
Didn't feel like sleeping another 5 minutes so got up myself....
I had forgotten to print my rumusan so had to do it before 530....
Went to school as normal.....
There was assembly so there was no Chinese.....
yeah~
After assembly was Maths....
As usual nobody paid attention....
After that was English....
Nothing much happened....
And then PE....
We played softball....
It was okay....
I blasted more money on photostats during recess...
Haiz....
BM was nice today....
Ying Hui's group performed their Lisan well it was nice.....
Geo was also not bad....
Weird eh? On a Wednesday no less....
KH brought the sorrow....
oh yeah~
The fella cant be seen as really teaching a great deal....
Speaking words of wisdom that a hand full listen to....
Ye Sheng absolutely disrespects the fella....
Poor guy....
With nothing to listen to but the words of the teacher, I begin reflecting on myself....
Aargh I hate doing that....
Laughter fuels my sadness even more....
What a weird guy I am.....
Well....
The other KH teacher is much better..
Its easier for me to learn from him....
So that pulls me away from my usual thoughts...
Reached home at about 2....
I finished the Naruto DVD....
YAY!
Audrey called me and reminded me that I was worship leading on Friday...
Oh no...
I forgot about it....
Ah well....
I watched a series of videos called 24 hour tag...

It was about 8 when I started worrying about tomorrow's Merentas Desa...
I called up Eugene since I thought maybe I could go over to his place and get my dad to pick me
up after work...
Eugene said he was going to Gurney....
And not karate....
Anger instantly filled me....
Did anybody tell me about this? NO......
Was he going to tell me? Probably not....
I asked Shan on MSN on the karate situation....
He said he also was not going....
Thats how my friends are....
I had a real fit about this...
Transport was in a mess...
Shan and Eugene didn't want to go for the karate exam....
Assholes....
They don't think it queer that they will be learning the same stuff next year.....
Bunch of gits...
Went to tuition angry this way....
Was at the back of the class spacing out....
Ah well.....
Slept for like more than half of the 90 minutes......
My dad took longer than usual to pick me up because of a call....
I got hungry and bought some noodles....
mmm....Nice noodles.....
I had calmed down by then and called Shan about the transportation issue again.....
Well he said his mum might be able to fetch me so that was settled....
My transport back home would have to be taken care of myself
Ah well....
Wednesdays aren't as predictable anymore...

My Weekend.....

Woke up at 5:17....
On the couch downstairs.....
It seems that after cell group, I had slept on the couch and my family members just left me there......
How touching.....
And so I turned on the lights, took off my contacts, (they were really hard to take off by then...) and went to bed.....
I woke up again at 6:04....
There was supposed to be karate at 7.....
Which meant less sleeping hours....
Anyways....
Took a bath, got everything ready and started to call Shan.....
He replied to me:"不要去了.....Kun Lin coming over to learn Maths...."
Seriously.... He is telling me this when I am ready to go pick him up.....
He replies coolly by telling me he only decided this at 12.....
What an excuse...Oh ho ho.....
And so....
I changed out of my uniform and got into the car......20 minutes later......
At least my dad wasn't angry....
Ah well....
Stopped by the bakery for my breakfast...
Cheese Bun and Sausage Bun (I kept this for later).....
After about two hours on the computer, we got ready for OMK.....
As Shan was showering TKL came.....
I opened the door but he said that everyone was already waiting for us at the venue....
Oh dear.....
His mom was going to graciously fetch us there...
So I raced up the bloody three-storey building and switched off the computer......
Got myu bag and went downstairs.....
Shan was already out of the shower checking his empty house....
And so, we left the house.
Shan wore his shoes in the car.
Anyways....
We soon reached USM. ( Just opposite Shan's place)
Probably the whole gang was already there.....
We saw Ama in the car so waved at her.....
There were a lot of people but I could vaguely make out the features of Mr. Kang.....
I think he looks like The Cat.
Anyways.....
We were about to enter the hall when I asked whether Shan brought his IC....
There was about a minute of hysterics because Kun Lin, Shan and Way Chean didn't bring their IC....
Weird people....
The teacher said not to care and told them to say they forgot to bring it if they were inquired.
The paper started at 9:58 according to my watch....
Shu Ning says it started at 10:01....
Who would you believe? LOLX. Many of my friends would probably side with a complete stranger than me to tell time.....
And so the first question went like this:

I ended up with x as 2 and 2/3 , y as 3/4....

I saw a lot of old faces on the day....
First to recognize was Chai Zhi Xin, still as radiant and glowing as ever....
The next was that fella I vs during the chess competition this year....
His name was Nicholas something.....
I remembered him on the bus last year....
The other one took me some time.....
I was half-way through my paper and got bored....
I looked around trying to see people I knew...
Then 3 tables beside me was one good-looking bespectacled boy.....
"王子恒" I muttered, smiling to myself delightfully.
I recalled him being the smartest person in my school possibly EVER.
Went over to him after the paper was over....
Super! He still remembered me....
That's nice....
Me, Shan and TKL went out of the hall together.....
We were going to walk back to Shan's place. (Not really that far...)
Mr. Kang said we were free to go....
Shared a few sentences with Zhi Xin before catching up with my two classmates....
We were thinking of having MarryBrown but got lazy....
Laziness rulez! It saves money!
Got back and went back on the computer again....
Yep! That's the way life goes around here....
Shan's mom had gone out to buy us lunch....
How nice right?
Lunch was nice.....
I went back soon after that....
We were gonna be late for ISCA.....
Haiz.....
Arrived at church at about 1530....
I was supposed to be singing for the choir so I went out at 5....
Went to Shamah for awhile and then dinner...
Rice was nice....
Then was practice....
Justin FX was on Video Duty so he was exempted....
ZZZ.....
It was quite fun....
We stopped at 7 and Benedict said we were to be given a rest of 10 minutes.....
right.....
Well, we went up stage and sang the first song....
Super songs all of 'em....
Anyways....
ISCA gave out gifts to the fathers because of Father's Day...
After that followed Reuben and sat with Joshua Khoo....
He went over to where our bags were and went over....
I did the same....
Isaac soon joined me....
Message ended at about 2119.....
But choir people were required to stay back for review....
We were reminded to come for the next morning....
And so, buying a chocolate cake, I went off...
Had the usual Herbal Noodles for supper plus Char Koay Teow.....
Got home soon and went to sleep....
I woke up and glanced at my watch....
The first thinf that came to my mind: "Sorry Rachel!!!!"
It was already 10....
I got up and watched X-men....
After that was One Piece.....
I washed my shoes then took another bath.....
My dad came back from church soon and we went to visit my grandma....
I slept through the journey....
We went to a restaurant called Chia Bee, located somewhere in Sg Petani....
Seafood....mmm.....
The prawns were as big as my mouse!
Anyways....
Had a nice lunch with my family then we went back to my grandma's house....
We brought Naruto to watch so we did just that.....
We left at 5....
I finished Skulduggery Pleasant (FINALLY!) in the car.....
It was nice to see Penang again.....
After reaching home, I went to work on my Sejarah Folio.....
I shut down the computer at 107....
My dad gave me until 12.....
Oh dear....
Ah well....
I decided to see how many things I could blog about that I did then before sleeping.....
So.....
I went to find books to give to my class's Sudut Bacaan....
Spent a few minutes reading Star Warped and Barry Trotter...
I put Barry Trotter, Star Warped, The Time Machine, The Invisible Man, Power Mark, Sherlock Holmes and Shan's Angelmass into a Sunshine plastic bag...
I went to play some piano for awhile....
After that I went to play some guitar and when it seemed appropriate, went to bed....
At 2:04....My Angka Giliran.....BOOYAH!!!

Another normal day....haiz....

Okay.....
Woke up at 5:11....
Its okay....
Got onto the bus just fine and I (as usual) went to sleep....
Changlim woke me up two seconds later....
I thought we were just somewhere near Lintang Sungai Ara but in fact were next to school liao.....
Haiz.....
Got down rather gracefully....
No bumping into anybody.....
There was a weird girl sleeping in the area next to driver.....
As I already stated weird....
Anyways....
Who am I to say that about other people....
LOLX.
So.... if the sleeping girl I mentioned reads this....
Sorry for calling you weird....
Moving on....
Went up to class quite brightly....
I intended to read at least 5 chapters of Skuldugerry Pleasant but I don't know what came up.......
Anyways....
First period was chinese....
Teacher gave us a paper from K.Selangor to do....
Come to think of it I haven't finished it yet....
Anyways....
Maths was next....
I stupidly went over to talk to Ama then she hire me to do job for my class's Sudut Bacaan....
Ah well....
Spent the whole period there...
And the next too....
English it was....
Teacher demanded for me to give her the NIE....
That Shan told me last day was Friday.....
Idiot....
I was doing it last night and told him to help and he said not to care about it yet.....
Idiot.....
And so now we have been given this day to finish our work....
Super ain't it?
After English was PE....
Played Handball against the school team....
Obviously lost.....haiz......
After recess was BM......
LOLX.
Teacher will never give us out paper....
I think she explained until question 20 something today.....
Anyways...
Geo teacher didnt come so it was back to work for me.....
After some time we finally finished...^^
Chee Soon and the gang were playing some type of football manager game.....
I joyfully joined in....
Purposely excluded any EPL Big 4 player from my team.....
I even got Hardi Jafar as a defender.....chortle.....
Anyways....
We all went down for KHB next....
I got 68%.....kso~
Once again....Not a good result....
Haiz.....
This campaign isn't turning out well....
So I decided that I had to deal with it.....
That I shall.....
Elektrik guy was spouting his usual words of wisdom....
Ye Sheng wasn't paying any attention to any of it.....
He was there all talking about how cool the new MapleSEA character was.....
Haiz......
Once again.....
MapleSEA comes back and repeatedly hacks at me with a handaxe....
Depressing stuff that MapleSEA....
Don't ask me why, I won't tell you.....chortle.....
Ah well......
Just another normal Wednesday.....
Full of misery and sorrow......

Its Getting Gloomier....

Shan commented that my blog was kinda gloomy.....
Well, it is....
And its gonna get gloomier....
I woke up at 5:11....
Took care of the usual stuff and went off to wait for the bus....
I didn't cut my hair because I had no time so Ting Jian noticed it.
Soon arrived at school....
I was looking forward to seeing whether anybody else had left their hair long...
Only Kun Lin.... but it was better than nothing....
We moved the tables and chairs back to its original position and chatted....
The first class was PK....
I didn't bring the textbook and exercise book......
And so I'll have to send it up tomorrow.....
Haiz....
Next was English.....
Here comes the pain....
I got 8 questions wrong in objective part......
That is like beyond saddening for me.....
In the end I got.....79%...sobx....T_T
By then super emo......
Next was Maths......
Maths I only did average....72%.
Not that great...but acceptable....
My classmates were argueing with the teacher about their marks....
Ke Yun actually got 65%.....
I thought she was lying to me...
Hmm.....Now I feel bad....
Hmph.
After recess was Sivik.
I thought I would fail!
Shockingly, I got like a 78%....
Considered poor......
Haiz....
Then PM.
Teacher talked to Shan about his definisi and to me about my habits of visualizing everything in my mind during exams....Chortle.
I got 75%....another weak score.....
Haiz....
After that was BM....
Chortle.... BM teacher always refuses to give us the test papers......LOLX.
Today she spent 35 minutes on explaining the questions.
Super teacher that.
After that was Sejarah I think.....
This was the beginning of the fall....
I was shocked that I had 32 questions correct out of 60.....*shocked*
I only got 53%........
Ohh....from that point super emo mode.....
The next period only made it worse....
Chinese.....
I should scan my 作文 because that's how epic it is.....
I wrote unexplainably well....
There were no mistakes....
The red pen marks were all ticks......
Then teacher gave me 8 marks because it was off title......
SOBX..T.T
I got 57% as a result....
Haiz.....
I reached home and ate while watching TV.....
At 3, I went to get my hair cut....
Ironically bumped into Mr. Tan Chueen Seng, my discipline teacher....
Super cool people stay in Bayan Lepas.....
On the way back I kinda felt grateful for today.....
At least I didn't get caught by any of the discipline teacher for my hair.....
So although this doesn't make me any less gloomy, there's room for improvement in my studies......
I'm thinking of rapping the whole Form 1, 2, and 3 of Sejarah....

Nothing much....

Nothing much happened today.....
I woke up quite sorrowful.....
Ah well.
It was already 11 something and there was Nasi Lemak for my lunch....
Watched Naruto until 2 then switched to Astro....
少年特攻队 is a really nice show....
3 o' clock....
Back to Naruto....
5 o' clock....
Astro for Whose Line Is It Anyway.....
Then I went for football....
Nothing great happened at football....
Was kinda great in the first game but deteriorated after that....
Didn't get to the final and went home for more Naruto....
My dad came back with my brother who was supposed to bathe then go back to camp....
I asked my dad to buy me dinner.....
And so I had a nice dinner....xD
As I have said...
Nothing much.....

The Path I Walk (4)

The path I walk is becoming a distant memory to me......
I have finally found insanity a pleasant comfort and have drifted into slumber....
I dream of the path I have walked, thinking over what I have done wrong.....
I lay there for weeks, not a care in the world, embracing my insanity with open arms.....
My eyes spring back to life as sorrow surges through my veins pushing me forward.....
But the path I have walked for so long has vanish out of my sight.....
It has been removed from me......
My yearning for the goal of my dreams grows and weakens as the weeks go on.....
I have no clue where I am heading to as I see many other paths alluring me as I go on this desert terrain....
The sand blows into my eyes, blurring my vision every few minutes.....
My sadness and sorrow deepens as my goal drifts ever so further.....
I ponder about the possibility of changing the path I walk, attaining a different goal than the one I set out for.....
I have constantly pushed this thought out of my mind on account of achieving what I set out for.....
But I have lost sight of the path for a long time, often failing to see the point of going on and just submit to death....
It seems all so easy....
I call out to God for an answer and he responds.....
How Great Is My God.....
I spot the path up ahead of me.....
My joy increases and the thoughts of death leave me at once.....
I rush towards it hoping to continue my path, but I stumble......
I look up and the path is gone.....
My agony is unbearable....
My only hope is for God to continue to answer my prayers so that I may once again continue on the path I walk......
Until then.....
I can only hope and pray.....
Walking across the sandy desert......
No longer a path to walk on.....

Weird day....

Woke up at 722....
Supposed to be ready by 745....
Haiz...
Got myself ready and wore my 加布 shirt coz it said it might get cold....
I was going to Sunway Carnival Mall for a scholarship exam to Singapore....
Chiou Yih was gracious enough to fetch me there so Thank You!...
740 I suddenly spotted something on the letter....
I was supposed to send in a photocopy of my IC, Birth Certificate, a recent passport-size photograph, Results Slip and any testimonials.....
I did not do that.....
I called up Chiou Yih and told her I the situation and that I wasn't going....
Then I changed my mind the next minute and tried my luck....
Turns out.... I was lucky and I was pushed in as if nothing was wrong.....
WOOSAH....
Me and CY were in the same class so we entered the air-conditioned room....
The examiner told us to sit according to our serial number...
Mine was S3O277....
I thought I saw the fella sitting beside me before but forgot from where....
Oh well.....
The smart girl from my tuition was also there......
Heck....
Yu Kai too....
The "Height-Deprived" girl from 2A was also there.....
She seemed taller to me.....
The first test was General Ability....
The examiner gave us blue books with an answer sheet inside....
She told us not to open the books....
The fella beside me commented that if we did the book would combust....lolx
And so the examiner went through everything and told us to start our exam....
We had 20 minutes.....
That was 3 per minute....
I opened the book and saw the first question....
It was a logic question......
In fact the whole book was logic questions....
I sped through the easier early questions.....
then took longer as hit the 30 question mark....
It got tougher and tougher then suddenly the examiner said out :" PENCILS DOWN!"
Crud.... I blanked 12.... so if every one of my answers were correct I would get an "A"!
We were then led out of the room and into another one...
The lady there gave us a survey to do and briefed us about what would happen to us if we were
selected to go to Singapore...
Afterwards, we were sent out for lunch and told to return in 45 minutes....
Had an Alaskan Fish Burger Combo and a Colonel Burger....
Next was the Mathematics....
Terror maan Mathematics....
I blanked a whole page, kissing 10 marks goodbye....
I don't think I can pass....
CY said she only wrote stuff down to not hand in a blank paper....
Then we went out for like 20 minutes and went back in.....
English..... BWAHAHAHA....
Easy stuff for me.....
Paper 2 needs us to write an essay over 300 wordsin 30 minutes....
Not bad.....
After that, we went back....
CY's parents picked us up and sent us back.....
The bridge was jammed so we went for dinner first....
I had Sabah Pan Mee....
Weird stuff but filling....
After that I reached home but my dad wasn't back home yet....
Played football for awhile....
Got sweaty and tried the back door....
It wasn't locked!!
Got in and took a shower....
Then got on the computer....
In a nutshell, today was a weird day.... Saturday, 6th June
